Out-of-the-box Learning & Development

Our Social Activity
Having started as a capacity building social venture, we continue our social activity, supporting individuals which - due to their professional stage, sector or regional environment - are in need of support for their professional development. Thus, we offer pro-bono L&D activities for people who need support and are not able to pay for L&D services.
Our current pro-bono L&D activities include:

Empowering People in
Island & Rural Areas
Continuing our activity in 2016-2019 in 28 Greek islands, we offer L&D support to islanders through individual mentoring sessions to beneficiaries of that activity and are eager to organize further collective L&D activities for islanders or people in rural areas.

Empowering Students &
recent Graduates
We collaborate with Career offices and offer our pro-bono L&D support. It has been in AELIA lab DNA, ever since 2013 when it was created, to support students and recents Higher or Vacational Education graduates in their professional development, by helping them navigate into the World of Work, take decisions and make professional steps.

Empowering 18+ professionals

Realizing the particular challenges faced by professionals who have already completed 18 years in professional life (a professional adulthood), within a changing economy, we support professionals of 18+ years of experience with mentoring sessions, networking and soon with the activities of our 18+Studio
