We design, run and evaluate goal-specific L&D programs & innovation empowerment programs for a diverse set of development journeys offering services to organizations (together with significant pro bono activity)
What we do
We are offering Learning & Development as a service as well as Innovation Management/Empowerment services to corporations, professional service providers, educational organizations, incubators, venture studios as well to freelance professionals, designing and running goal-specific programs for diverse development journeys.
Αt the same time, we engage in social activity, providing L&D for good.
Moreover, we have set up the Aelia lab Studios where we explore challenging L&D areas and design sophisticated programs.
